  • THANK YOU for the abundance of initiative ideas and interest in participating on an initiative team! We have received a great response since wrapping up our Vision2030 message series before Lent.

    God is on the move in our congregation -- please keep committing these plans to the Lord. We look forward to the ongoing work of discerning next steps of each initiative as we CONNECT, SERVE, and GROW together.

    We thank the Navigation Team for leading us through the first phase, bringing direction and clarity to our guiding language, as we now prepare to launch Initiatives Teams.

    Please meet our new Initiative Team Leaders above!     They will be meeting with the pastors in May to form these four teams from the great interest we've received and to begin to step forward further into Vision2030 on behalf of the congregation.

    We look forward to sharing more updates as we continue to discover God’s plans for our congregation, community, and you.

CONNECT together

Initiative 1 // Cultivate Deeper Community

To cultivate deeper community among those already a part of Holy Cross and those we connect with through the encouragement of worship engagement, expansion of social opportunities, and strategic welcoming efforts.

SERVE together

Initiative 2 // Encourage Impactful Relationships

To encourage impactful relationships by mobilizing our church to love their neighbors more intentionally and by multiplying our ministry partnerships.

GROW together

Initiative 3 // Build Up Disciples

To build up disciples of all generations by equipping individuals and families with opportunities for Scripture, prayer, and living out the ways of Jesus.
