MOPS

Who we are

Urban, suburban, and rural moms, stay-at-home and working moms, teens, single, and married moms – moms with different lifestyles who all share a similar desire to be the VERY BEST moms they can be!

Why we exist

The purpose of MOPS is to nurture every mother of a preschooler by meeting her distinct needs to the glory of Jesus Christ

Additional information

MOPS stands for Mothers of Preschoolers and is an international organization that exists to encourage mothers who have children ages birth through kindergarten.

It is a place where moms have the opportunity to make new friends, share experiences, laugh together, and learn trusted principles pertaining to womanhood, marriage, and parenting. MOPS also provides social outtings to mothers and their children.

MOPS recognizes that the years from infancy through kindergarten are foundational in a mother-child relationship and are filled with unique needs. You will be challenged as a woman by the relationships that you form, as a Christian by experiencing God’s love through relationships and resources, and as a mom as you learn new and practical skills in parenting.

MOPS groups gather throughout the United States, Canada, and numerous other countries to meet the needs of more than 100,000 women each year! The women you meet at your local MOPS meeting may not be of the same age, background or lifestyle, but they’re all in the same phase of life with a shared desire to be the best mother they can be.
